Object Donation

By submitting the Object Entry Form, you confirm that all information provided regarding the object(s), including ownership, provenance, condition, and historical details, is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge and belief.

All objects offered as gifts or loans are subject to review and assessment by the Little Museum of Dublin’s governing body, which reserves the right to accept or decline any offer at its sole discretion.

For gifts, you confirm that you hold undisputed legal title to the object(s), or that you are authorised to act on behalf of the legal owner(s), and that you have full authority to transfer ownership to the Museum. Where ownership is transferred, title shall pass to the Little Museum of Dublin’s governing body upon formal acceptance and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

For loans, ownership remains with the lender unless otherwise agreed in writing. Loan periods, return arrangements, and any associated conditions shall be agreed separately between the lender and the Little Museum of Dublin.

The Little Museum of Dublin may request additional information or documentation to verify ownership, provenance, authenticity, or condition before making a decision regarding acquisition or loan.

By signing and submitting the object entry form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
